More than 6 million Americans have Alzheimer's disease and collecting real-life data for clinical research is slow, burdensome, and expensive.

Amissa's software generates 200K times more real-world data than clinician visits.

Our free Apple and Android smartwatch app passively collects 5+ million health and behavior data points per person, per year.

We turn real-world data into real-world evidence utilizing AI-driven analysis and seek to validate interventions that prevent the onset of dementia.

We Promote and accelerate research with outstanding Partners.
Research shows dementia may be slowed or prevented by modifying behaviors such as sleep, exercise, socialization and diet. We quantify these results to help prevent disease.

Augmented Preclinical Alzheimer's Disease Detection Through Wearable Health and Driving Behavior Data.

Wearables offer real-time continuous data collection which drastically reduces traditional biases and enables the capture of  rich and diverse sets of health metrics from a wide range of participants. Amissa Health is partnering with Dr. Ganesh Babulal at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine to  identify patterns in preclinical Alzheimer's disease biomarkers associated with cognitive impairment.

Empowering Advanced Alzheimers Disease and Dementia Research Through Remote Patient Monitoring and Cloud-Connected Wearables

The dementia research community lacks suffient real-world data, including information from minorities and underrepresented populations, to adequately conducted research without biases. Partnering with researchers at Wake Forest and Massachusetts General Hospital, Amissa is developing a real-world data platform that increases inclusion of diverse study participants and makes data available to other researchers.

Examining biometric measures during perimenopause and menopause to predict sleep interruptions and hot flashes.

Working with perimenopause and menopause research experts, Amissa is developing algorithms to predict painful menopause symptoms and provide women with actionable data. Additionally, our software measures women's sleep quality during this transition period and we're  longitudinally assessing the correlation between sleep quality and increased risk of dementia decades later.
